Sweet & Tart

Ejo Heza is a woman’s producer group that is part of the Kopakama cooperative. “Ejo Heza” means “a better tomorrow”, but with notes of citrus and dried fruit, this coffee will make today better too.

    Fun Fact
Blueprint's logo often gets mistaken for a hexagon, but it’s actually a blueprint for a cube with a tetrahedron on the inside.

    Roaster’s Notes
Kopakama cooperative began implementing Lean at Origin in 2016 with the guidance of Ruth Ann Church of Artisan Coffee Importers. Ejo Heza, a woman’s producer group that is part of the Kopakama cooperative, is one of the participants. “Ejo Heza” means “a better tomorrow” and Blueprint wants to support the efforts made by Artisan Coffee Importers and the women farmers responsible for growing and harvesting this coffee.
