    Roaster’s Notes
Every year we welcome back the El Borbollon, and every year it impresses us with its balance and sweetness. You'll notice the sweetness right away; the ground coffee smells like butterscotch. That sweetness is in the cup too. We're probably not allowed to say the El Borbollon tastes like a "Werther's Hard Caramel" but if just imagine enjoying a generic hard caramel without any implication of corporate sponsorship and bam that's El Borbollon.
