    Roaster’s Notes
    Villalobos is a highly regarded variety of coffee – closely related to Typica – that delivers a complex and pleasing cup. Osvaldo Gonzalez grows these beans on his farm in Llano Bonito de Naranjo and processes them using a traditional Costa Rican method. He removes the fruit and then uses special drying beds that protect from rain, but let in sunlight and air.
