El Guayacan is an made up of coffee from three different farms in the Cajamarca region of Peru: Los Pinos, El Also, and El Cacao. El Guayacan is grown between 1500 and 1800 masl and contains a number of different fully-washed varieties. This coffee contains well known varieties such as catimor and typica, as well as some lesser known ones: caturra rojo, pache, and bourbon amarillo. Fruity and sweet, El Guayacan is an exceptionally clean coffee from Peru.
