El Salvador Finca Himalaya Maragogype

Funky & Fruity

The beans aren't the only thing huge about this coffee - bold and sweet, bursting with grape juiciness, with a not-so-subtle hibiscus acidity.

    Roaster’s Notes
This coffee taste of all things grape; grape jam, grape juice, grape grape grape. There is also a tartness that reminds us of Hibiscus tea and a sweetness that is reminiscent of raw sugar. The mouthfeel is silky smooth with a medium heavy weight that coats the pallet.
