This coffee is from Finca Divisadero located in the Apaneca highlands of the Ataco region in Western El Salvador. Produced by Mauricio Salaverria operates 5 farms in the area and focuses on consistent high quality which is evident in his multiple top 10 Cup of Excellence finishes. Mambo #5 is a full natural processed coffee which was dried with care on raised african beds leading to extremely clean tropical fruit flavors and a silky mouthfeel.
