    Roaster’s Notes
The Vides 58 philosophy: "together we can create sustainable practices and a quality over quantity culture that can actually empower every person involved in the process." In 1958, Jorge Vides founded Finca la Bolsa. He was a traveling doctor during the week and a passionate coffee farmer on the weekends. Vides founded a school in 1980 that still runs on the farm today. Vides 58 is dedicated to social, agricultural, and environmental sustainability
