    Roaster’s Notes
We are very pleased to offer you a special preparation of Worka Chelbessa this season. We loved the first shipment of coffee we received from the mill, produced using the traditional washed process. This year however, we were presented with a coffee produced using a technique inspired by the world of wine. The Carbonic Maceration technique used at Worka Chelbessa is similar to how certain Carbonic Beaujolais wines, or some natural wines, are produced.
