Roaster’s Notes
This single origin coffee from Sidamo, Ethiopia is a wonderful example of the natural process with its vibrant, fruit-forward profile. Natural processed coffees are dried inside the ripe cherry on a raised bed in the sun, resulting in their distinct flavor. The brothers Asefa and Mulugeta Dukamo founded the Daye Bensa coffee group in 2002 to create greater access to markets in the Sidamo region.
