    Roaster’s Notes
This is a Grade 1 Washed coffee from the Kercha District of the Guji Zone in southern Ethiopia. Although close in proximity to the popular coffee growing region of Yirgacheffe, these two areas produce unique results. Guji is known for floral, herbal, and stone fruit flavors, and this coffee is no exception!
