Peach and black tea make for a traditionally delicious combo in a washed Ethiopian coffee. The surprisingly dense brown sugar aftertaste in this one adds some nice balance while making it a nice entry point for drinkers who don't usually jump at gentle, delicate cups.

Fun Fact
By definition, Metric means "a system or standard of measurement," which this roaster applies to everything from the batches they roast to the coffee they brew.
It's hard to beat a good Ethiopia– especially a fresh one. Sollomo delivers with somehow bold and delicate acidity; it's got complex peach notes that just roll for days.
