    Roaster’s Notes
Our first 2018 crop Ethiopian has arrived. What a delicate and complex beauty. This coffee hits you up front with lush syrupy fruits like green melon and ripened blackberries. The finish has a beautiful floral nuance that lingers in the tip of your tongue. What a beautiful way to start the new season of fresh Ethiopian coffees. This coffee pairs well with warm Spring Days and basking in the sun.
