Ethiopia Nansebo Worka

Subtle & Delicate

When it comes to Ethiopian coffees, we expect a certain gentle tea and floral character. This one delivers, along with a surprisingly lovely pop of lemon-lime.

    Roaster’s Notes
The sorting of ripe cherries and the immaculate processing methods at the Zenebe Simbre washing station pays off with an intensity of flavor that is rich and rewarding. Our importer pays premiums for ripeness, then another set of premiums for density, and finally another set of premiums for milling separate lots. The result is among the most perfect examples of washed Ethiopian coffees we've ever tasted.
