Extremely floral, sweet, and complex, this Heirloom coffee from Ethiopia is anaerobic fermented and reaches such heights of flavor complexity that we honestly were shocked. Rarely do we find a coffee we're excited about at origin only to find it arriving three months later even better than we originally thought. Enjoy.
