    Roaster’s Notes
    Kelly Hill, our Director of Education, flew to Colorado to compete in the Brewers Cup and qualified for the US Brewers Cup Championship, and she did so with this coffee. Choosing the right competition coffee, much like the coffees themselves, is a complex and thoughtful process. Kelly worked closely with her team to find a coffee that that had great acidity, body, and balance. After sampling many offerings, she finally decided on this fantastic Ethiopian.
