If you had our Ethiopia Worka earlier this year, you know it was amazing, and this second release is even better. Typically, the later coffee's picked in the harvest, the more nutrient-dense it is, and therefore, better tasting. This is a great example of an already incredible coffee maturing into an even more complex, sweet cup based on the time and harvest techniques. You'll taste floral, sweet cocoa, and black tea.
