    Roaster’s Notes
This coffee was grown in Gedeb, south of Yirgacheffe and processed at the Ato. Mijane station (Mr. Mijane’s station). Grown at around 1900 meters in healthy soil this is a clean, vibrant and classic example of a the classic Yirgacheffe profile: floral, black tea, lemon, rounded out by lovely grape and purple fruit flavors.
