    Roaster’s Notes
    Sparkling pops of stone fruit and earthiness make this an exciting coffee. This coffee first meets you with bright notes of apricot. Yabitu Koba delivers a sweet and rich nuttiness of freshly roasted hazelnuts. As the coffee cools, its layered qualities are brought to light by notes of buckwheat. It’s truly a well-balanced cup.
