Roaster’s Notes

This coffee comes from a group of smallholders organized around Dumerso Mill where they take special care drying coffees cherries- perfecting the natural process. Dried on raised beds, this coffee is the picture perfect grade 1 natural- fruit forward, pleasant acidity, and oh so sweet.
