    Roaster’s Notes
Adiesto is an Association of small coffee producers located in the mountainous area of the Huista region in Huehuetenango comprised of 550 members: 150 women and 400 men, dispersed in small coffee farms located in 30 communities, which are equivalent to 30 groups. It is the pride of the communities where it is farmed. Whew! That said, all you really need know is this Guat rocked us with it's sweetness and balanced acidity.
