Roaster’s Notes
We're rolling deep with Guatemalan coffees right now and for darn good reason: we cup blind and cupping blind gives us objectivity. This Alejandrina was tip top. Fully washed, this blend of Bourbon and Caturra varietals smacks of a berry bramble, with a creamy, nutty mid-palate, and long lingering finish of brown sugar and maple. It strikes that perfect balance of bright and sweet, making it the ideal morning mug!
