We have been purchasing coffee from Jorge for the last 3 years and we're very excited to bring a catuai honey process this season. With their micromill they aim to reduce the use of water and electricity and reuse as many resources as possible. The coffee dried for 9-12 days at 11% humidity and rested in the warehouse for 2 months before shipment. This coffee tastes like semi sweet chocolate with confectionary notes. It has a clean mouthfeel.
