    Roaster’s Notes
Finca El Durazno, in Cabana, is owned and operated by Gilberto Marquez. Gilberto only started growing coffee about 8 years ago, and only in the last year has produced specialty grade. With help from the team at Beneficio San Vicente he as produced some truly stellar coffee. His future plans are now to transition his farm away from the coffee rust resistant varietals and into more specialty trees to raise quality.
