Finca Las Palomas Gesha

Subtle & Delicate

Everything that we love in a gesha - super sweet, deliciously fruity, and abundantly floral - this delightful Costa Rican lot has us tasting fruity cereal, juicy tangerine, and fresh-picked lavender.

    Fun Fact
Good Citizen likes to name its production equipment, since they're a part of the team! One faithful weigh and fill machine is named Twyla — it just felt right.

    Roaster’s Notes
This is one of two Gesha coffees we are proud to offer that were processed at the Roble Negro micromill, owned by Jorge Vasquéz Ureña, whose coffees from Finca Cedral Alto we have been offering for several years now. The micromill, located in the town of Aserrí in Costa Rica’s Tarrazú region, partners with local coffee growers to produce quality, traceable lots and to help facilitate access to international markets for these smallholders.
