    Roaster’s Notes
Finca Santa Elise Pachup is a beautiful coffee that was grown in Acatenango, Guatemala. This region of the country is actually a stratovolcano. The mineral content in the soil plays a big role in the flavor of the cup. It tastes like brown sugar, honey and tangerine. Finca Santa Elise Pachup was grown on a farm with 360 hectares of land. 91 of those hectares is preserved for reforestation with cypress.
