    Roaster’s Notes
Elevation is highly variable in the Central Andean region, making for areas of dry climate, lush vegetation, and a wide range of temperatures. Despite this variability, producers have had success in growing coffee on small plots. The nearby Tabaconas Namballe National Sanctuary, ensures a rich soil content for production given its relatively high diversity in fauna. The resulting cup is filled with complex chocolates, stonefruit, and a rich sweetness.
