This lot is from a single farmer, Sebastian Alcantara. Because it is not mixed with coffee from other farms, the careful processing and good practices he employs shines through. It was chosen as one of the best coffees from Peru this year by Origin Coffee Labs, a project started to bring Peruvian coffees the deserved recognition for quality. The result is a wonderfully sweet cup, offering some of the best qualities we've seen from this origin.
