Our third season with Froilan's coffee proves a remarkable ability for consistency, on top of the quality that enamored us when we first tried his coffee. It has become our standard for Guatemalan coffees, with a satisfying, familiar profile year after year. With each harvest, he seeks areas for improvement, and grows more fond of the craft he's developed immense talent in. Complex stone fruits layer on top of a comforting chocolatey body.
