Roaster’s Notes
Few dry processed coffees are able to so clearly express plant genetics and a taste of place as this beautiful lot so successfully does. Floral qualities reminiscent of peach blossom lead into a cup dominated by strawberry, papaya, stone fruit, and citrus.
