Roaster’s Notes
Mr. Girma Eshetu, a former mechanical engineer and first-generation farmer, has been running his family’s estate for only a few years and consistently produces some remarkable coffees. Located in the Keffa zone (roughly 4 hours out from the better-known Jimma Zone), the farm operates 200 hectares of land, and is organic and Utz-certified. This coffee is soft and floral, complemented by a deep sweetness.
