    Roaster’s Notes
Finca Aragon is situated right in the heart of Antigua, Guatemala. Alejandro Zelaya has owned the farm for seven years and its planted mostly with Bourbon and Caturra. in 2011, Alejandro took 10th place in the Cup of Excellence. This coffee shows a lot of complex fruit characteristics such as papaya and guava and sweet Rainier cherries. We love this coffee for its richness, sweetness and overall fruit cornucopia type complexity.
