    Roaster’s Notes
Sightglass is happy to offer this Bourboncito, a dwarf variety of Bourbon, from Finca Potrero, a farm that has been owned by four generations of Carlos Olivero’s family. His parcel of the estate, named "Cubito" after a natural spring, produces this perfectly balanced coffee. Notes of caramel apple are balanced by a soft, malic acidity, with maple syrup in the finish.
