Roaster’s Notes
Our final Aprocafé microlot of the 2020 harvest comes from Lucinda Puac Pérez. Lucinda was one of the first farmers we singled out in this program 6 years ago, and while it's been a few years since we've featured her coffee on its own (it's been part of Atitlán el Grano most years), this year she produced the best coffee in the whole association!
