    Roaster’s Notes
This delicious coffee was produced by Robin Gutierrez on his farm Peña Roja which is located in the Agua Dulce valley of Heuheutenango Guatemala. He grows Caturra, Bourbon and Catuaì at an elevation of 1800 m. The great terroir of this region coupled with Robin's careful preparation of this coffee has lead to a very sweet and mildly fruited cup of coffee.
