    Roaster’s Notes
The Lopez family has been growing coffee for 38 years in a very remote area of Huehuetenango. Back when they started cultivating coffee, there were no roads around this region and they had to transport the coffee on horses and mules for three days to get it to the nearest town. Initially, coffee was seen as a crop, but with the new generation, it has become their passion.
