    Roaster’s Notes
In 2002, Carlos bought 2 hectareas of land with money he had saved up while working in the United States for seven years. He called his new venture Finca El Sendero. Carlos had worked in coffee in the past so he was very familiar with all of the things that go into owning your own farm. Located at 1900 masl and planted with Caturra and Bourbon Finca El Sendero is able to produce some stunning coffee year in and year out.
