Roaster’s Notes
Blueprint Coffee and Finca Esperanza have shared a spirit of collaboration for the last three years. This natural lot is a result of our mutual efforts to better understand processing, fermentation, and drying. The coffee cherries are harvested and then dried in a newly constructed drying house that harnesses the sun, temperature change, and flaps to create airflow and stabilize temperature. The result is an evenly dried natural exploding with flavor.
