Subtle & Delicate

This delicious Guatemalan coffee is a blend of caturra and a rare variety called san ramon. It features tons of bright and juicy citrus acidity as well as a slightly floral notes in a way that reminds us of cara cara oranges and white grapes.

    Roaster’s Notes
As a third generation coffee farmer and trained agrononimst, Renardo Ovalle has a deep love for the coffee growing regions surrounding La Libertad where his grandfather first established Finca La Bolsa in 1958. Finca La Guitarra is tucked away in a steep valley and is planted with mostly San Ramon and Caturra trees. San Ramon is a dwarf descendant of Typica and it produces less fruit when compared to other coffees with Typica linneages.
