Roaster’s Notes
If the perfect coffee exists, it likely grows in Guatemala. A good Guatemala has something for everyone, and this Finca Quejina is a great example. When the cup is hot, or if you like to add cream, you'll taste that rich cocoa flavor we've characterized as fudge. As the cup cools, and especially enjoyed black, a beautiful meyer lemon and raspberry flavor begins to emerge. This may not be the perfect coffee, but it is darn close.
