Guatemala La Colmenita

Subtle & Delicate

A little shy at first, this coffee has a soft tropical acidity that is balanced well with a vibrant nuttiness and maple-like sweetness.

    Roaster’s Notes
This offering presents drinkers with a silky mouthfeel that provides depth and complexity akin to maple syrup. The flavors from the coffee quickly develop on the palate, punching through with notes of pomegranate, lightly roasted almonds, and brown sugar sweetness. Just as soon as the flavors appear, they disappear off the palate cleanly with an elegant and short finish that makes for a wonderfully easy drinking experience.
