    Roaster’s Notes
Steep mountainsides throughout the farm reach up to 2,000m above sea level. The high altitude causes the coffee to grow slower, allowing the sugars in the fruit to develop more depth and complexity. The coffee is milled with precision at the family’s state-of-the-art facility on the outskirts of Huehuetenango.
