    Roaster’s Notes
    Pacamara is a unique variety of bean that is celebrated for its complex acidity – and seriously large beans! This specific coffee comes from the farm of Adolfo Boppel in the Fraijanes region in Guatemala. The Pacamara variety is a hybrid of two different types of coffee plants; the Pacas tree and the Maragogipe coffee tree.
