Roaster’s Notes
Guji Sollomo is a fresh crop, washed coffee that comes from the Guji Zone in Ethiopia. This shade grown coffee is diligently dried for 12 to 15 days on raised beds, during which it is constantly turned to ensure even drying. The care taken during this coffee's processing is immediately apparent in the cup from the first sip. Brimming with citrus notes, this coffee sparkles with an orange acidity, juicy, fresh limes, and finishes with sweet, rich honey.
