Halo Bariti

Funky & Fruity

It's fruity, it's candylike, it's even a little funky! This Ethiopia is heavenly enough to deserve the Halo in its name.

    Roaster’s Notes
Novo's Halo Bariti comes from 250 family-owned farms organized around the Halo Bariti cooperative in the Worka Zone. This natural processed coffee is hand sorted and turned for 15 days on drying tables. The farms around the Halo Bariti Coop are some of the highest altitude farms, resulting in remarkable cup quality.
