La Communion is a fruit forward, balanced community lot from small holders in Santa Barbara, Honduras. The areas microclimate adds a deep sweetness to notes of red apple and lemon candy, creating structured expressions of red fruit, sweet citrus ontop of a milk chocolate foundation.
