    Roaster’s Notes
David Muñoz is part of a long coffee-growing tradition passed on by his grandfather, Feliciano. David’s farm, Nueva Esperanza (“New Hope”), is situated on the slopes of the Santa Barbara mountains overlooking the largest lake in Honduras, Lake Yojoa. We’ve enjoyed David’s coffee for some time now, and are proud to offer lots from his farm again this year.  His careful work produces a delicate, clean cup that is distinguished by a crisp, red apple acidity.
