Roaster’s Notes
This is Pablo’s second year doing specialty coffee. Last year, he received a premium for his coffee, and that motivated him. This year he increased his production and also cup quality. He has also invested in infrastructure for his farm. We have been working with San Vicente, the exporting company that dry mills and exports Pablo’s coffee, for 3 years now. We are looking forward to building a relationship with Pablo as one of the first specialty roasters he's worked with. At Dune Coffee Roasters, we believe specialty coffee is for everyone, and we roast coffee to be accessible approachable and fun. Sourcing and roasting delicious coffee is our privilege and we are grateful to share them with you.
