Honduras Pompillio Ramos

Here’s a classic from Honduras (translation: very sweet, but also rich and elegant). It riffs a little, but keeps those classic tastes intact.

    Roaster’s Notes
Pompillio Ramos comes from the San Vincente mill in Santa Barbara, western Honduras. This coffee was grown in El Cielto at 1650 meters above sea level. The coffee is Pacas varietal which is a natural mutation of the well-known Bourbon. It’s classic Honduras: very sweet with rich dark purple fruits and an elegant caramel finish.
