    Roaster’s Notes
    Olvin Fernandez is a second generation coffee producer from Las Flores. His father Amado started participating in Cup of Excellence in 2006. Together they participated many times and in 2011 their coffee placed 2nd. After Amado passed away Olvin stopped participating in COE and began looking for more sustainable relationships with roasters, such as Dune. We are really excited to have this coffee for the third year and look forward to working with Olvin for many seasons to come. At Dune Coffee Roasters, we believe specialty coffee is for everyone, and we roast coffee to be accessible approachable and fun. Sourcing and roasting delicious coffee is our privilege and we are grateful to share them with you.
