    Roaster’s Notes
Despite the name, there is actually no honey in our Honey Process coffee. The skin of the coffee cherry is removed leaving the delicious nectar around the coffee bean (commonly referred to as "honey" or "mucilage" by farmers). Then, the coffee is dried for weeks to allow the nectar to impart unique and delicious flavors into the coffee. We love this flavorful cup of coffee and know you'll love it too!
